What is a DUNS number?
DUNS stands for Data Universal Numbering System. Consisting of nine digits, DUNS numbers are unique identifiers issued by Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) used to identify businesses worldwide. Medbuy uses DUNS numbers to link contracts to suppliers within our contracting system.
If you are unsure of your DUNS number, please ask your CFO or Controller. Most large organizations already have a DUNS number.
