Food and nutrition purchasing for healthcare organizations powered by Medbuy and

Members can now realize cost savings on a range of food and nutrition products through our MENUSource Program. Benefit from procurement expertise and know-how aimed at making food purchasing easier, while significantly reducing costs.

MENUSource includes both manufacturer and distributor contracts that allow Members to receive the maximum rebates available. In fact, nearly a decade ago we changed the way food and nutrition contracts were created by going direct to the manufacturer as opposed to through a distributor. As a result, any manufacturer discounts are immediately available to our Members and any manufacturer rebates are tracked and recorded by our team and passed on directly to you. This approach has yielded significant additional savings for Members and makes our net contract prices some of the best in the business.

The current MENUSource Program includes a total of 118 manufacturer contracts covering 22 categories and 1,103 line items. We also have multiple contracts with three major distributors, enabling the necessary flexibility our Members require.
