Notifications of supply disruptions from our contracted vendors are essential to managing backorders, recalls and discontinuations, to ensure timely patient care.

Vendors are to notify Medbuy immediately of any issue(s) impacting the supply of Medbuy contracted products clicking here to complete our online submission form.

Submissions received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed during regular business hours.
