Backorders, Recalls and Discontinuations

Notifications of supply disruptions from our contracted vendors are essential to managing backorders, recalls and discontinuations, to ensure timely patient care. 
 
Vendors are to notify Mohawk Medbuy immediately of any issue(s) impacting the supply of contracted products.
 
Note: Mohawk Medbuy uses separate processes to manage supply disruptions for our Med-Surg and Pharmacy contracts.

Please notify us of Pharmacy product supply disruptions by submitting them to our Vendor Portal using the button below.

 

Submissions received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed during regular business hours.
